Jiwon’s passion for visual storytelling began early and continues to define her approach to event production. After studying Visual Communications at Northern Illinois University, she launched her hospitality career with Levy Management at Wrigley Field before advancing to the Hyatt Corporation, where she spent a decade in Chicago and Atlanta leading food & beverage, catering, and convention services operations.
Known for turning complex challenges into seamless, high-impact experiences, Jiwon rose quickly through leadership roles, culminating as Off-Premise Catering Director at Hyatt Regency Atlanta.
In 2006, she founded ALLURE Event & Meeting Productions, Inc., bringing together her creative vision and operational expertise. Today, she is recognized for delivering strategic, visually compelling events that consistently exceed expectations.
